Wake Up & Work Out

I gotta get rid of my back fat. My friend says I've got body dismorphic disorder, but jeans are tighter in the waist these days. Paleo is great, but I have not done my part to work I'm just eating massive amounts of protein and fat for funsies.
Operation: Wake Up and Work Out begins tomorrow. Hold me accountable, webbos!
Tomorrow's plan is Physique 57 Thigh and Seat Booster.
